Two ingredient Chocolate Pudding

So what does a bar of chocolate and some water whipped up together give you?The answer might give you a pleasant shock but it is the most dense, unadulterated bowl of chocolate pudding.Staying in a place where double cream is not very easy to find, i go through great lengths to find a close substitute for it and frankly when i do it's either too pricey or it's never really the real stuff. The latter could really ruin ones day. This i would say stopped me from even dreaming of making dense chocolate pudding as most pudding recipes involved double cream. So while going through some random blogs a few days ago,i stumbled upon this god sent recipe and could only stop thinking about it once I've actually made it and so i did and i was happy. Now i could go on raving and ranting about the pudding but i think the recipe says it better.

Ingredients:
4 ounces milk chocolate (dark if you wan't it vegan)
3 ounces water

Directions:
1. Place the chocolate on a double boiler and pour in the water.
2. Stir with a spoon until well combined.
3. Whisk by hand for 10 minutes or use electrical hand whisk for about 5 minutes.make sure not to over whisk as this might result in a grainy pudding.it will still taste nice though.
4. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour until set and garnish with white chocolate shavings before serving.
