APPLE OATMEAL MUFFINS


These are probably the healthiest muffins i have ever made in just a few minutes.so simple so healthy and sooo yummy, you would be tempted to bake a second batch.Two of these in the morning can easily replace your breakfast or snack because its HEALTHY!!

The whole idea of apples and oats would disgust me and i was hesitant to bake these at first, but i have to admit that baking these are one of the smartest things i have ever done.

INGREDIENTS
125 grms cake flour or wheat flour(if you really want it to be super healthy)
1 tsp cinnamon powder
3/4 cups sugar (or 10 tbl spoons)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup melted butter (5 1/2 tablespoons)
1 egg
1 cup peeled and chopped apples
1 cup oats

HOW IT'S DONE:
1. In a large bowl combine flour,sugar,baking powder,oats and cinnamon.
2. In a jug whisk the milk,egg and butter.
3. Mix in the liquid mix in the dry mix stirring constantly until it is lump free and smooth but thick.
4. This is the right time to add the apples and remember not to over work the dough or else your cakes will be hard on the inside.this rule applies for every cupcake recipe.
5. Spoon the batter in lined cupcake tins and bake for 18-23minutes. 6.Once you know it is done let it stand in the oven for 5 minutes and then serve.
